These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the operator of the pak5d platform ("pak5d", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://pak5d.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality offered through the pak5d platform, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, table games and any promotional offers.

By accessing the pak5d website, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. Access to the pak5d Platform and participation in any wagering activity is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied concurrently:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual Player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
• No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or any other voluntary or mandatory gambling restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gambling.
• Own Funds: You must be wagering exclusively with your own funds and must not be acting on behalf of any third party.

To access wagering services on the pak5d Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and a secure password. You must not impersonate any other person or use false information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. pak5d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials. You must notify pak5d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

pak5d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Accounts registered using temporary email addresses, VPNs or proxy services for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions may be closed without notice.

pak5d operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling requirements. Players will be required to complete identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal request and may be required to do so at any other stage of account operation.

Documents commonly requested for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National Identity Card, passport or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership where required by AML procedures;

pak5d reserves the right to place account restrictions, including suspending withdrawal access, pending completion of KYC. Players may fund their pak5d accounts using payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of deposit. The availability of specific payment methods — including those associated with services familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — is subject to change at any time and is determined solely by the operator and relevant payment service providers.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and the reversal of deposited funds. Currency amounts on the Platform are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) for illustrative purposes where applicable. Actual transaction processing currency depends on the payment method and operator configuration.

Withdrawal of funds from a pak5d account is subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification to the operator's satisfaction before any withdrawal is processed;

pak5d may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives to registered Players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise include:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering/rollover requirement before becoming withdrawable. The applicable requirement will be stated in the specific offer terms. As an illustrative example only, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× requirement would necessitate PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying wagers prior to withdrawal.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: A maximum single bet limit applies when a bonus is active, typically capped at a stated amount (e.g., PKR 1,000 or PKR 2,500 per round or bet slip). Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. pak5d reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect the wagering requirements applicable to bonuses already claimed and actively in progress.

All wagers placed on the pak5d Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. General betting rules include:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake and odds — before confirming a wager;
• pak5d reserves the right to void any bet where it is placed on an event that has already been settled, where there has been an obvious pricing error, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or irregular wagering activity;
• In-play betting odds are updated in real time. pak5d cannot guarantee that prices displayed will remain available during the time taken by a Player to complete their bet confirmation;
• For cricket events — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments and international matches involving Pakistan — specific match abandonment, rain-interruption and Duckworth-Lewis rules apply as stated in the sport-specific betting rules accessible on the Platform;
• Maximum stake limits apply on a per-event or per-market basis and may vary. pak5d reserves the right to limit stakes at its sole discretion for any individual Player or account;
• Winnings are credited to the Player's account balance upon official settlement of the relevant event or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak5d Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using an account while under the minimum eligible age;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Operating multiple accounts, whether alone or in conjunction with other persons;
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, spot-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation;
• Exploiting system errors, software bugs or technical vulnerabilities to obtain credits or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled;
• Money laundering or using the Platform in connection with the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited and where such access was deliberately concealed using VPNs or other technical means;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users or pak5d staff members through any communication channel.

pak5d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools and information necessary to maintain control of their gaming activity. The Platform offers the following responsible gambling measures:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount they deposit;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, data scraping, reverse engineering or reproduction of Platform content for any purpose other than personal, lawful use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak5d and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

pak5d does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components at all times. Access to the Platform may be suspended for scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades or reasons outside the operator's reasonable control without prior notice.

pak5d's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall, to the extent permitted by law, not exceed the total amount of real money funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

pak5d reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its principal gaming licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
